So today I wanted to show yall some of the fantastic contemporary art that is spread all over campus.Texas Tech truly does have a really beautiful campus and I will really miss that!

So as I mentioned before I am going to try to reminisce and show yall the fantastic things that Ihave enjoyed while at Texs Tech. I am going to show you all the things that I have loved and I sure that yall will love them too. Today I have chosen a trandition at Tecas Tech. Before each home football game the Saddle Tramps wrap the statue of Will Rogers and Soapsuds. This is one of my favorite traditions because it reminds me of great school spirit and fun!

20 Days!

So I can't believe it but I have 20 days until I graduate from Texas Tech University. WOW! What an amazing time these last 3 years have been. I have absoluetly loved my time at Texas Tech. I have met some of the most amazing people that I hope will remain life long friends. I have also remained close with some old friends and I hope that those friendships will continue to blossom and grow. It really makes me sad to think about leaving this time and period of my life. I was talking to my parents the other day and I have been attending school for the last 16 years of my life. I have no idea what it feels like to wake up and not go to school. I think I am really going to miss that stability and comfort. I am not very good at excepting change but I will do my best and try to embrace this next stage of my life. I am going to try each day (or most likely every couple of days) to show yall some of the best thing that I will miss about my time at Texas Tech.

FASHION!

So I finally got to see the dress that my mom bought for our wedding! It is similar to the one shown below but not exactly the same. It is beautiful and I am so excited! It is a beautiful chocolate brown and I think it will look fabulous on her. Little things like this get me really excited because I know that things are coming together. I was talking to one of my bridesmaids this weekend and I really need to get some things done, ie finalize the guest list! I also wanted to let you know how amazing the fashion show went this weekend! Brandi, Bell Creation, did so much to make it such a success and I was so proud to wear the dress that she made while she was taking all of the pictures. She is so talented and did such an great job getting her name out there and being acknowledged for her talents! I will try to get some pictures from my sister to show you my modeling talents!

Busy Busy Busy

With my crazy school schedule I have not had much time to think about wedding plans. I have 6 essays to write in the next 5 days! YIKES I did really good last night and went to the library and finished 2 more of them. I am going to spend all day Sunday in the library trying to finish all of the rest of them.

There is a couple of things that I still need to think about now as far as wedding planning goes though. We really need to find a book a band. Christopher had talked to a guy once already but he needs to follow up on it. The guy is actually a guy that is the father of one of the boys I went to high school. I think it would be really cool to have him because we know him and he knows us as well.

I also need to still look for bridesmaid dresses. I really liked the one from David's bridal but it is an online only dress. I need to find out if I can order one and see if I like it and if I do just go ahead and order them. I am just terrified of ordering a dress that I have never seen in person or tried on. I have found from experience that the dress that looks good online on the model is not always the most flattering dress on you, so I need to still check that out before I commit.

So many things to do and so little time. After December 13th hopefully I will have a lot of time to sit down and get all the details worked out. After Brandi is done helping her friend plan her wedding I think I am definitely gonna have to call in reinforcement from her.
